How to create page FAQs ?
Step 1: Login to your Shopify store, go to Online Store > Pages
Step 2: Create page new page
- Title: FAQs
- Visibility: Visible
- Theme template: faqs
How to customize page FAQs ?
Steps
- In the theme editor (Customize), open the template selector.
- Select Pages, then about.
- On the left-sidebar, add Faqs page.
- Make necessary changes > Save.
General settings

| Show number question | Displaying question numbers before the question titles. |
| Open all question | Expand all questions instead of default closed state |
FAQs content right
| Setting | Description |

| Show faqs content right | When enabled, the content of the right column will be displayed |
| Heading | Custom title |
| Content | Custom content |
| Button label | Custom name button, if left empty, the button will be hidden |
| Button link | The link URL you want to add |
Section padding
- Top padding: Customize the top margin of the section
- Bottom padding: Customize the bottom margin of the section
Block settings
- Title: Content title block
- Question: Add content question
- Answer: Add content answer
